Our road ahead

- 11breathing patterns
- 12calm sounds
- Guided sessions as short or long as you need
- Free for everyone
- No sign up
- Works offline after your first visit
All of this is live and free right now.
Why it exists
Most of us sit for hours, shoulders up, breath short, mind racing. We know a few slow breaths would help, but a busy mind cannot hold a count on its own. Two minutes in, a message pops up and it is gone.
Desk Relief does the counting for you. Gentle timing, soft ticks and calm sounds walk you through each breath and each relief point, so you can stay with it for as long as you choose and come back feeling lighter.
It started at one desk. It is for every desk, and for anyone who simply needs a pause.
Our free promise
Desk Relief is free, with no sign up and no ads. Your settings stay on your device and we collect no personal data.
Here is the honest part. Free tools often fade, not because they stop helping, but because people forget they are there. Keeping something alive and caring for it takes real, steady work: looking after the site, writing new routines and guides, and making regular updates.
That is why partnerships matter to us. They help keep Desk Relief free for everyone and help it reach the people who need it most.
